11 A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control.
Anger makes you a fool

Actively remove anger
- Ephesians 4:31-32
31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice.
32 Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you. - Colossians 3:8 8 But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips.
Anger isn't holy
